Seeking the answer

- Deepit Purkayastha

Someday, back in the childhood bay,
there, thinking, a child lay,
where did he fit in the fray?

Saw, he, staring into the ant-hill hole,
were, ants, coming in the world, so whole
did, each seem, with a programmed goal.

Laying back looking into the endless blue,
thought, innocently, he was who,
and about The task at hand to do.

Evening didn't bring the end of his thought,
all day had he brilliantly fought,
mother at hand, help he sought,

Intrigued by his Purpose at infancy,
asked The mother curiously,
what is it, he ought to be?

Que Sera Sera, sung she,
the future's not ours, to see,
what will be, will be

Not quenched, he had thirst for more,
felt science, had it, for him in store,
asking a lot was not their bore.

Reading from the time's scientists high,
he found out that everything was the latest lie,
from postulates, theories, just did try.

Skeptical of their method to seek,
found he, logic had foundations, weak,
the Ultimate! chances were as thin as a creek.

Perturbed was he, with what he saw,
not being able to know the grand law,
reasoned his human being at flaw.

Observed in this state by The father,
tried to make him realize rather,
to keep him moving through his life and gather.

Que Sera Sera, sung he,
the edge is not ours to see.
are a spec in the desert, but we,

Convinced that he could not know,
he lost the awe for The entire in a flow,
he just had had a serious blow.

Knowing not where to go searching,
started his quest for experience hunting,
in this jungle there was no clearing.

The days were gloomy and too warm,
the nights full of thunder and storm,
he had no shelter or a lent arm.

On one of these, he awakened a night,
he, in a dream could see a distant light,
it was as soothing as it was bright.

Emerging from it he saw a one,
the Gait, had he seen on other none,
close once, twas a clear reflection.

Que Sera Sera, sung every,
the Answer cannot be told you see,
it has been done, by Thee.
